Douglas L. Faulkner has been a leader in expanding the global use of renewable energy and energy efficiency for two decades. He is Founder and President of Leatherstocking, LLC, and co-founded Jacob’s Ladder Energy Group thanks to his volunteer experience at the United Methodist church in Arlington, VA.

He previously held Assistant Secretary and Under Secretary positions in the Department of Energy and the Department of Agriculture, respectively.
